Our Little Neighbourhood Pantry has been a quiet but powerful presence in our community since 2021. It was lovingly established by a neighbour during the pandemic as a way to support anyone in need—and it continues to serve that purpose today.

The truth is, the pantry is regularly empty, which tells us there’s a real need. That’s why our new Volunteer On Mission Director, Francis, is leading a renewed initiative to help keep it filled consistently—and we’d love for you to be part of it.

We’re encouraging everyone to consider bringing one non-perishable item on a regular basis—weekly, monthly, or whenever you’re able. When each of us gives a little, we create something much bigger together.

Here are some suggested items that are always appreciated:

  • Canned soups & stews

  • Canned beans or lentils

  • Canned vegetables or fruit

  • Pasta & pasta sauce

  • Rice or instant noodles

  • Peanut butter or nut-free spreads

  • Granola bars or cereal

  • Shelf stable baby food, toddler snacks, & peanut free school snacks

Donations can be dropped off any Sunday at the collection bin in the lobby, or directly to the pantry any day and any time. The pantry is on the corner of Townley and Queenston, beside the house right next to the church.

We're excited to join together on mission, making Jesus known around us in this tangible way. Questions? Reach out to Francis!
